The Moroccan NCP took part, along with 11 other NCPs, in the 3rd edition of the Mediation Academy organised by the Austrian NCP on 9 and 10 April 2019 in Vienna. This learning workshop was an opportunity to exchange among NCPs on the challenges and challenges encountered when dealing with specific circumstances, in particular during the mediation process, to discuss practices and different approaches of NCPs in this regard, but also to explore avenues for reflection on best practices to further strengthen the performance of NCPs.
